I am having problems with carrying out a full load using the 2LIS_13_VDITM. We have a problem with memory which is being looked at. In the meantime in RSA3 I have carried out some test extracts using selections by putting a year range for the Created On date. However, it returns the same number of records for each year (which is not the case). Any reason that I am experiencing this? I have not created a package since I cannot see there being any difference in the results, could I be wrong here? Thanks
Hi,
Have you used any values in RSA3 for field 'Data Records / Calls' and for the field 'Display Extr. Calls'?
for example if you define
'Data Records / Calls' = 'X'
and for the field 'Display Extr. Calls' = 'Y'
Thwn every time you will get only X*Y records in RSA3.
It is not a problem . you only restricting the records.

Hi Thanks for that the selection options that I get for the 2LIS_13_VDITM are below. Could you tell me which ones you are referring and an example value
BUKRS Company Code
ERDAT Date on which the record was created
FKDAT Billing date for billing index and printout
POSNR Item number of the SD document
VBELN Sales and Distribution Document Number
VKORG Sales Organization
Hi,
Basically RSA3 is used to ensure that there is no problem with the function module(s) and extraction process. So we have to select less no of records.
If you do not select any value for these settings,it will not execute the checking process. So if there is any list which has been extracted previously , that will be displayed this time also, with out executing one more time.

Hi,
I think this is due to datapacket size. Check RSA7 in detailed view. Also check is there any restrictons in extractor structure.
