Import master and transaction data

Hallo,

I need the information, how I can import master and transaction data.

I fellow the introductions from SAP.Help, but the Programm UPB_DATA_IMPORT

is failed. See point 3:

What I can do? Who can me say why I haven’t the Programm UPB_DATA_IMPORT?

What is wrong?

If you don't describe the failing error, it's difficult for someone to address your issue.

Program UPB_DATA_IMPORT does not exist

Message no. DS017

Diagnosis

The program you specified does not exist.

But in the sap.help, in the step by step introduction is this programm called. see link in first massage. Therefore I don't understand.
