Problem with TREX Queue Server while performing BUS1001006 Full Indexing

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we need to Index all the articles. We did the needed configuration. When I started Indexing, all the documents had been successfully loaded into the Queue Server and are in Preprocessing status.

The Queue parameters has Schedule Type: BOTH and Schedule Time: All-0:30. But still the Indexing is not getting started. Any specific reason. How to troubleshoot or start the Indexing of the documents.

I am also getting an error message in the Alert tab: TRACE_FILE_SIZE.
