Need DP process defination doc/business scenerios docs

Hi Experts,

Could any one please help me How to prepare the DP Process Definition Document (PDD) / Business Scenarios documents for demand planning module.

Please give me some of the sample documents if any one had already been prepared in any of your implementation projects. I can understand the format and scenarios are different to each project but I need some of the sample documents to get a clear picture and proceed the same/differently at my end.

You may consider following points for preparing a PDD:

1. Process Description (Definition, pre requisites, constraints etc)

2. Solution Description

3. Inputs to Process

4. Outputs from the process

5. Business rules governing the process

6. Business Roles (who will perform the process)

7. Master Data required to support the process

8. Transaction required to manage the process

9. Open issues / Gaps

Sorry! I can't share any PDD with you. Shared the topics which I read in the PDD.

As mentioned by Frank, you can refer to the standard guide provide by SAP and create your own PDD

All these documents are confidential documents and are not to be shared with anyone except with people who are supposed to see them, so the best anybody can do for you is to give you guidance only, as Frank mentioned SAP has some sample docs which you can refer, also if you search google with the search string i mentioned in my post you will find some documents.

I could find only two docs which I mentioned as above but I could not find any other docs like  PDD/BPP.

you can also use + PDF or + doc for more documents.
