Report for Limit SC/ Limit Po

Hi All,

Is there a standard report on differentiating between standard SC/PO and Limit SC/PO in SRM?

I searched SRM basic report none of them give me criteria on selecting limit SC/PO, they all give me lines of PO/SC which doesn't tell the type Document.

Please suggest if I should use FO doc type(in backend) for the limit PO created in Extnd.Classic and on what basis to trigger this document type ? or standard ECPO is suffcient?

Thanks in advance

Thanks

Vijay

Hi Vijay,

As said by Konstantin, at document level you cannot differentiate the PO in SRM.

But if you want to have a report in ECC, it can be done by choosing different doc type for the Limit PO.

You can either choose the different (FO) /same doc type (ECPO) for the transferred PO types. In ECC you can easily take out a report on item level specifying item category (Normal, Limit, Service etc).

Best Regards,

Thank you to both,

Do you know how i should assign FO document for limits only, i know I can add in the attribute, but how does the SRM system know which doc.type to pick and send to Backend, is there any setting/criteria?

Hi Vijay,

nope

You have to implement it in, for example, BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI for shopping cart and fill the field BE_DOC_TYPE on item level.

Hi Vijay,

you can not diffentiate Limits/NonLimits on document level. Document can have limit and no-limit positions mixed.
