How to translate "Label text" in view of Webdynpro?

I have created a "Label" in the view. I have hard coded the text. How to translate the text? Can I do it through SE63? Please help.

You can't translate it directly, first bind the text property of label by some attribute or some dictionary object and then make use of OTR.
