No listener in dev_w0

Hi,

I am facing issue while installing SAP solman 7.1 with oracle 11.2 database on win server 2012.

In start instance phase, instance is not starting.

In dev_w0 log its showing no listener like

The listener service is running correclty ?

Try analyze the listener log file <ORACLE_HOME>\network\log\listener.log and check the connection to the db instance using tnsping <DBSID>

So did you try starting the Oracle listener under services.msc?
