sap career

Dear experts,

i am working in manufacturing company i have bachelor in businesses administration and high diploma in programming . i am working in projects dept with data base management . our data base is in access as front end and sql in back end .the management want to migrate the data of our warehouse to sap and i want to know the best career for my self and training i should take it . what is the opportunity i will found it. please advice me
