To update all the objects/ Equipments at all levels under superior Function Location

Hi all,

There is a requirement from our client to have the Work Centre and Cost Center to be updated for all the objects (Equipments) at all levels below the Superior Function Location. Could you please let me know where the configurations settings are available to carry out this change. Please find attached the requirement document. Thanks in advance.
