No POWL object types are assigned to you

Dear SAP Experts,

I had face a problem when I configured Logical component in Solution Manager 7.1 SP13. I applied SAPnote:

1648302  - SM 7.1: Fix for No POWL object types are assigned to you
           

But in this SAPnote there is missing type: b) Type: DSWP_NA_POWTYP_MANAGEDSYSBPS Application: SOLMAN_NOTIF_MGMT. This type does not exist in POWL table.

I also checked and applied recommendation: run report POWL_D01 and used t_code suim to maintan authorization object CA_POWL in role ZSAP_SMWORK_BASIC for application SOLMAN_NOTIF_MGMT.

But all they can help to fix Landscape component, they insist : No POWL object types are assigned to you. Please inform your system administrator.

Have any one face the same situation ? Please help me to fix it.

HI Linh,

Please chek the below note.

No alerts are available in Alert Inbox even there are red executions in Monitoring.
The alert inbox is completely empty and there are now alerts displayed neither on other tabs.
This problem is caused by POWL change and can be solved with note 1736533.

Hello,

did you find a solution?

I have a similar problem in a clean installed SP10 Solman in the landscape administration.

The tab Logical Components shows only the POWL error message. It strikes, that the other tabs (product systems, technical systems ...) are greyed out. There are no actions possible.

The mentioned notes doesn't help. Solman_setup is done fine (green rating) without problems in any step.

Dear all,

I found that in SAPnote 1648302, they wrote wrong word in b entry, missing 'L' character

DSWP_NA_POWTYP_MANAGEDSYSBPS ---> DSWP_NA_POWLTYP_MANAGEDSYSBPS.

So that I can apply full SAP note 1648302 but it does not resolve the problem

Hi Linh,

Did you changed only b entry once found 'L' character missing from DSWP_NA_POWTYP_MANAGEDSYSBPS OR you followed note 1648302 and started with Step 1 again i.e. deleting and re-entering entries again.

Hi Linh,

Can you please provide the screenshot for Role which contains authorization object CA_POWL with application ID SOLMAN_NOTIF_MGMT and screenshot for authorzation values for object CA_POWL.

Please check SAP Note 1882678 also.

Role and authorization object looks fine. I am attaching screenshot of role from my system also for your reference. I am able to use all functionalities without any issue.

We have cross checked everything and nothing else seems to be relevant for this issue. Please create message with SAP.

Also if there is not much trouble for you please follow the steps from SAP Note 1648302 again and prepare screenshot document which you can attach here as well as send to SAP with your message.

Meanwhile I will also look for some other reference.

There was an error :

Entry DSWP_NA_POWTYP_MANAGEDSYSBPS   does not exist in POWL_TYPE table

I don't know how to make an entry in POWL_TYPE for DSWP_NA_POWTYP_MANAGEDSYSBPS .

Have you face this?
