How to handle the BW query update when use BICS connection in WEBI report?

I have a webi report use two BW queries through BICS (BOE 4.0 SP4). Today I found the report show #ERROR in content, and when I go to query editor, it shows me message "The current query contains unresolvable objects". I suspect the BW query has been modified by BW team without any notice to me.

I know if I use BW query through OLAP universe in previous BOE version, I can update the structure of OLAP universe. But I am don't know what need to do when use BW query in form of BICS. Could anyone let me know what is the best practice of handling BW query update when use BICS connection in WEBI? Any document for it?
