how to deploy (change) universe connection to QA in dmz without IDT

i want to know how to deploy (chnage) universe connection to QA AWARE THAT the server is in DMZ and I do not have information Designer tool to edit my connection

Connection changes you can do from designer or CMC.

You can use LCM to deploy or change a universe connection while promoting.
