managed system configuration

Hi

I have configured solution manager 7.1 in managed system configuration under technical scenerio. its completed.

i want to understand 2 things

1 - why its plugin status is yellow as per this screen shot

2 - when i click on technical systems why it shows red as in this screen shot

how can i solve this problem?
