PCo License Key Issue

Hello All,

After Installing PCo software and trying to generate temporary  Licence Key using Pco Management Console Menu but it is giving below error :

Forbidden LicenseKey.dll Found.Remove the file System/Licensekey.Dll

Let me know if I am missing anything in installation or somewhere.

PCo version : 2.3

.Net : 3.5.1

To update all , This error is not coming when tried to open it from other user profile .So not sure if it was related to access but the person trying to open it for first time, is having all the admin permissions.
