Hi Gurus,
A different problem.
I am sitting in a Place X and my user is sitting in place Y.
We both access the same SAP system. And pass information via Phone.
Teaching them : how to execute a particular TXN is a big problem!!!!
My question is : He want to watch What I type in the Transaction Screens through any SAP transaction?????
Something like sharing a Desktop in Windows!!! That allows atleast 2 to view a thing that happens in a Screen!!
Can anybody help me out??????
Thanks
Kam

Hi Kam,
What about using a standard tool like netmeeting?

Kam,
In version 3.1H, there was something called as ECHO SESSION. However, I don't think it exists anymore.
So, NetMeeting / WEBEX should be the solution.

Sudha,
Thanks for the details!!!!
The referenced link still doesnot provide the solution.
And it says that the reqd functionality has been removed by SAP in the higher version.
Many Thanks
Kam

Hi KAM,
Why dont you record your transactions in transaction recorder SHDB . Just ask you user to run the recorded transaction with changed values. You can also use CATT to reocrd your transaction for training.

Hi Kam,
I agree. The best solution now seems to be to record the sessions in some way and have the user run the same.
Also, could WebEx be a possible solution? It can be used over the internet..

Hi Kam,
i agree with Sudha e Sanjay, this must be the best solution by now.
If you need to access the screen of your user consider to use some VCN software (ex.: http://www.tightvnc.com) or others (ex.: PCAnyware).
