Checking webi report through Portal giving error.

Hi Gurus,

I am checking the Webi report thorugh Portal its showing me "An error has occured. Could not find the Document".

I checked CUID, it is same with other systems and URL also maintained correctly in CMC for that.

As I noticed when I first login into BO system then into the Portal then report is running fine but when directly through portal it asking for login for required system and then throwing the same error.

Hi,

Problem is solved by reconfigure in server level that basis has done.

Yes we are using OpenDoc and SSO is configured to login into portal.

And load balancing also configured. I dont know about with sticky session or not.

BO 4.0 and its is SAP BI Portal. System is SP06.

There could be multiple issue causing this.. The best possible path for this is to create a end to end trace... Check KBA 1861180 for setting up end to end trace..

Also I will suggest to create a SAP message for the support engineer to assist you with this

Are you using a Open doc to integrate to the portal ? Is there a SSO being configured for BOBJ Login from portal?

Is  load balancing being configured with sticky session?

Also what is the BO version you use and what type of portal you are connecting from?
