Problem with ITS iviews and Portal

This one is strange.

I am using ESS 4.7 and portal 6.20 sp13

I am using ITS 6.20 PL18 or 19.

I can call all iac services from the ITS box.

When I try to call CERTAIN iac iviews from the portal I get a logon screen for ITS, but cannot log into it.

The strange part:

SSO works for some services (all services are from the ESS business package, all are using the same portal system, all are able to be called directly from the ITS)

Only a few work in the portal!?

The ones in question are, pz04, pz02, pz12, pz28, pz11, pz10.
