FBV3 parked document not displayed

Dear All,

Need yours help

When i am display report for parked document (tcode FBV3), why the list of contains document can't displayed. The system just give the information at the bottom that XXX 299 items displayed.

This happen only in Production client, QA & Dev does work it well.

if anyone who know the solution , please help me

Please check your authorization for FBV3 in Production system with your Security Team.
