Running PI WSDL From Oracle DB

Hi,

We have a vendor who is attempting to consume a PI WSDL from within an Oracle DB. In doing so he is getting the following returned:

1. com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.exception.CPALookupException: Couldn't retrieve binding for the given channelId: Binding:CID=null;

There is nothing visible in either Runtime Workbench or SXI_Monitor.

I am able to successfully run the same WSDL via SoapUI (a free soap client).

I have refreshed the CPA cache (as per Google) but this made no difference.

Any ideas?
