Initial stock upload with Version 9

hello

I need to upload stock quantities, I normally use Stock take through DTW but this option is no longer available with version 9 PL07

What is the new process to perform this task ?

Hi,

you can try following process for uploading initial stock

1) Create one UDO with column itemcode, quantity & Price

2) Upload opening stock data for all items using DTW

3) create one FMS for fetching data form UDO to 'Initial quantity' form & auto update it on DueDate

In this way you can upload opening stock for all items at once.

Hello,

You can user the Goods Receipt templates 'OIGN & IGN1'  to upload the stock.
