BI 4 Crystal Reports 2011 Increase Max Rows

( BI 4.0 SP6 patch 5, Windows 2008 2) I'm getting this error when trying to run a Crystal report from the BI Launchpad:

Max processing time or Max records limit reached. CRWEB00000119. I would like to increase the timeout to 1440 minutes, and maximum rows returned to unlimited (I know, but this is the SLA). Can someone help, or point me to the right documentation?
