Copy an Assignment Block and data and filter the displayed data

Can someone guide me how to copy an assignment block and display data by filtering based on some specific criteria.

I tried creating a new assignment block and gave the same model name while creating through the wizard but it didnt work me. Your help is very much appreciated.
