Hi,
BOBJ 4 SP2
We have a report setup that's pulling data from a BEx query. This query has a restriction variable in place. The issue is that when we run the query in Analyzer it has the text + # available for the user to choose but when launched in Webi only the # is showing up. Anyone know how to fix this?
Pics of the issue.
Analyzer has the text + #
Webi only as the # value
That SP level is out of support , you should upgrade to SP6 or better SP7 as soon as you can
Thanks
Simone

Hi Chuck,
Please be sure you are using the correct language in the connection:
In the Information Design Tool: Open your session from the “Repository Resources”, and select the BEx Query’s connection.
On the General Information tab, select “Edit”, and select the same language that you use in your BW system.
Save the changes. And test on WebI.
I hope it helps.

Hi,
Check the properties of the Bex variable if it is just a key or Key and Text?.
Thanks,
Jothi
