Alert not visualize to all users

Dear all,

two persons, on different PCs, share the same license user, but sometimes one of them doesn't receive all the alerts/messages that the other one receives.

Why?

If open SAP B1 on a pc using the user X1 and on another pc using the same SAP user, I should see the same alert messages.
