CC EOIO FAIL message impossible to restart

Hi experts,

Receiver communication channel is been stuck due to FAIL message, interface is EOIO configured and FAIL status it's not possible to restart.

Do you know any way to remove or reprocess FAIL very first message in order to unlock CC?
