Migration of Business Objects from Windows XP to WIN7

Business Objects is being migrated from Windows XP to Win7 and having some issues with the DeskI and WebI.

And I am having the error screenshots which is attached. I have tried the same in XP but not having any errors. So, please check into this and provide with the solution ASAP.

2. You are not migrating, you've installed BO on Windows 7 and getting Microsoft SQL server error refreshing report. The error comes from Database, not BO. Either you have a wrong DB driver, driver settings or connecting to a different DB. Or Universe connection is using wrong driver/connection settings.
