Migration of Business Objects from Windows XP to WIN7

Business Objects is being migrated from Windows XP to Win7 and having some issues with the DeskI and WebI.

And I am having the error screenshots which is attached. I have tried the same in XP but not having any errors. So, please check into this and provide with the solution ASAP.
