Unit of measure varying

Dear Experts,

I have a material whose purchasing unit unit of measure is ROL. This material also has conversion unit which isMeter. Meter is using IN BOM. But when I create automatic reservation through Z-application it takes ROL unit.But my unit in BOM is Meter. How system can bring unit of measure Meter. Please guide me.
