How to create structured account balances report for 16 periods?

Hi Experts ,

I have a requirement to dispaly structured account balances report for 16 periods for current and previous year.Kindly anyone advise

how to create this report.From which tables I need get the data,selection screen is same as RFSBWA00(Structured account balances report).
