Sort by total pages in a group

I have a report that is grouped by customer name and the page number resets after each customer. The details of the report may scroll across 1 - 20+ pages depending on the number of items that customer orders.

I am looking for a way to print out the report by total number of pages. So all of the customers with only 1 page orders print first then customers with 2 pages print and so on.

I hope I have explained the situation so that it makes sense. If not, let me know and I will try again.
