Removing 'Mobile Properties' Option from Report

I have a group of users that management doesn't want to be able to see the 'mobile properties' option when right-clicking on a Webi report. I've been playing with the access level setting but can't figure out a way to turn that option off - is this something that I should be able to manage by groups?
