Country Field in Webui

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to have a Country field in Interaction center to creat a customer.

I created a context node for that and configure my view , Now the field is visible in Web ui but it is not updating the BP transaction

I think one way to do it using AET but I want to other way to creat it like creating context node and all.

I am new in SAP CRM , please suggest the solution and BOL programming if required for it.
