EWA and System Monitoring: wrong system type

Hello!

We have detected that for some new none-productive satelitte systems the wrong system type assignment will be created within Solution Manager.

This applies for System Monitoring work center and for EWA report as well.

For example for systems of system type QAS the system assgnment Productive will be created, meanwhile the SMSY logical creation and data within SAP service marketplace is set to system type QAS.

Has some one the same error or can help here?

Hello Alex, I only know the ewa report one:

In the ewa report you will saw the system type/role that is defined in SCC4 inside managed system, despite in the logical component you have assigned a different role.

I don't understand your problem on "system monitoring WC" .

What version of Solution Manager are you running?

Also under your solution landscape for the EWA (tx smsy) what did you set as the leading role for the solution?
