Pick-up scenario

Hi experts,

I'm trying to create a service order but when I insert an item it displays this message:

"Pick-up scenario: moveable logistics area for location XX missing"

I've already created Logistics Models and configurated the Automated Actions of Internal Logistics.

Please some help...
