Security for Authentication Area in CMC

Hi All,

I have a requirement to allow a user to have access to the authentication area in the CMC. They occaisionally need to manually update the importing of users from Windows AD. I would like to restrict them to just that area. I have looked in the application area of the CMC, but there is no way to assign security there for the authentication area. The only other way is to make them an administrator which is not desiable for a variety of reasons.Does anyone know of a way to assign security here?
