SAP ID Service : How to reset your SAP password

Hello,

I tried to reset my SCN password. I have requested to reset my password and received the "SAP ID Service : How to reset your SAP password" email.

when I follow the link to reset my password I get the following error:

Attribute 'discipline' has wrong format 'Business Process Management', allowed format is 'Accounting|Accounting Information Systems|Business Administration|Business Information Systems|Business Intelligence|Business Process Management|Computer Science / Information Technology|Economics|Engineering|Entrepreneurial Studies|Finance|Human Capital Management|International Business|Marketing|Operations / Supply Chain Management|Strategic Management|Other'

can somebody please help me?

Do you want to reset or change your password? Since you can login through SSO or something, try going to http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/changepassword.

Resetting a password is usually through https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/forgotpassword.

As a last resort, e-mail sapnetwork@sap.com

thanks for your reply.

if I follow the linke changepassword I get the same error as desribed above and forgotpassword I get a rest link which is also throwing an error.

I'll send a mail in parallel.

Are you using IE 10 by any chance?
