How to display structured balances for 16 periods by using S_ALR_87012279 report?

Is there anyway to display amounts for 16 periods by using structured account balances report?

Kindly any one advise .

I want to display the report in the below format.

Description Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Total
