T77UA table backup

Hi,

We refresh QA system from production every 6 months. Before QA system refresh we perform USER MASTER RECORD export scc8 with

profile SAP_USER with transport. After QA refresh we import the transport and perform user master record import .

But for structural authorization table T77UA is not covered in this SCC8 . Is there any other tool/program to backup T77UA table before QA

refresh from Production and restore T77UA table after refresh ?
