I am working on CRM Service Scenario, I have created a Service Order with Sales Line item and Service Line Item and done the Delivery and PGI in ECC. However I am unable see the follwing
1. Transaction History is not Updated with Delivery and PGI Document.
2. In Line Item Status of the item remained as "Not Delivered" instead of Delivered.
3. Status of the Item has been set to completed.
4. Not able to see Order NO in Billing Due list in CRM
Is there any report or way through which I can update the Document Status in CRM
