Where to allott RAM for Business Intelligence Servers?

I've gone through sizing guides and prepared a deployment plan for our business intelligence setup. But where exactly can i allott RAM and processors to particular servers?

the RAM will be pre-allocated based on the settings configured in the startup command lines of each processing server on the BIplatform (via CMC admin console)

The CPU reservation is done by the OS. there are some options to bind CPUs to processingservers (affinity mask) but it's not normal.
