Document template

Hi ,

When i am using Document from Template with the Standard task 70008298 , document is opening in the workitem .

But when i copy the task for the changing the workitem text , then puting the Custom task in Document tempate step , document is not opening in the

workitem . Could anyone tell me the reason for this?
