not able to restart the Crystal Report Application server isfailing .Its not getting started.

Hi SAP Experts,

I am not able to restart the Crystal Report Application server isfailing .Its not getting started in CMC .

So please tell me at what path i have to check the log at OS level .

If there is any log file for this server please update me .
