Exporting report with filtered values

Hello,

When exporting a report in Excel that has filters from ME80FN, I click on the Export icon, Spreadsheet, and choose the shown option in the print screen.

And in my Excel report, it shows the values filtered like in SAP.

But when some collegues do the same thing, they get this pop-up: Why is it different for them?
