CMC - How to kill an unused user and increase the user count.

Hi Experts,

Sometimes I see even after coming out of a dashboard or crystal reports, the session still remains. In that case how to kill that particular user logon.

Another thing, our CMC allows only up to 6 users and how to increase them.

Hi Kannan,

You need to check your available licences. I would recommend you to refer these KBA's.
