GRC 10 - Role Attributes template error invalid approver during upload

Hi Gurus,

We tested uploading roles to GRC 10. We noticed those which failed are due to Approval (DL)

1. APP_R_IT owner is a DL

2. APP_R_IT is a role owner

3. In the template, we added APP_R_IT for role ZED:OTC_REB_ADI_APP_ALL

4. Preview

5. Uploaded with error. Invalid approver APP_R_IT

Attached is the template used for the upload. Please help.

Is there a GRC SU01 account for the Role Owner?

Hi Collen. The role owner (distribution list) is not from SU01. The owner ID (APP_R_IT) is only maintained in NWBC.

Should we create APP_R_IT in SU01? Is there any other way without creating the owner ID in SU01?

Hi Jacky

I recommend you test the theory. You can always remove SU01 account

Create the account and try. If it works then you know it has to be SU01 GRC user. I assume SU01 account needed as this would be necessary for WF purposes.

I am unsure if there are any other ways.
