System Hanging

Hi Team,

I have encountered a peculiar problem, when I was trying to log into the ECQ system it was letting me log in but then when I was trying to execute any transaction it was hanging and not executing any transaction.

I checked the Oraarch it was not full and had only been utilized about 6%.

Folks please suggest any remedies. Thanks in advance.
