PO Data Migration conditions issue

Former Member

Hi All,

We have an issue with pricing procedure for the PO's migrated. PIR were uploaded followed by PO data. The price of the migrated PO was configured in condition type PBXX. But when check the PO in SAP, the price is shown in PBXX but PB00 price is picked up ignoring the PBXX price.

How to make PBXX price being picked up instead of PB00?

Thanks,

Adarsh

Can you tell how you solved it, this will help future readers of this discussion who might have the same issue.

Hi,

Sure, I implemented Condition exclusion with procedure C and assigned both by C.type PB00 and PBXX. This helped picked up the price in PBXX condition type.

How do you migrate? what method do you use? BAPI? IDOC? or just a silly recording which cannot differentiate if you migrate an old PO or create a new PO?

HI ,

IDOC method with Bapi calling.

Hi,

I think this is not possible to change old PO.

Because you have already maintained it on condition record.

You can change it to PBXX for next PO.

Thanks

Hi,

As per SAP standard If you maintained PB00 in MEK1 or if you maintained PIR condition price PB00. Then if you create PO with reference to PIR then system will automatically pick PB00.

But If you not maintained PB00 then you can use PBXX.

Hi Ravindra,

Yes, you are correct but how to migrate the old PO and to pick up old prices?  Cas the old PO price may not be same as the PIR price.

Adarsh
