the link to the deployed app in cloud does not have the app name

I deployed the hello-world app to the cloud, the status is running but the link does not include the app's name and when I click on the link it does not print any message in the browser where it has to print "hello openSAP team" which is in the app. Any idea what needs to be fixed?
