Actual Duration time not calculate correctly while operation confirmation through IW41

Hi Experts,

I am confirmation PM Operation through IW41.While confirmation I input work start on and work end on date and time But system is not calculating actual duration correctly.

Once you save it with the start and end date and time, the Actual duration must have been summed up. So run IW41 for the same operation again, you will realize that it has already been summed up there.

If you see my first screen shot the actual duration is coming but value is not correct.

Hi

can you create new order and do the confirmation and check , generally the actual duration will be calculated based on the start and end times minus the break .

Also check whether you have maintained the work center master correctly with all the formula

You are right the actual duration will be calculated based on the start and end times minus the break and capacity utilization which are maintained in work center .

In standard SAP, work starts on & work ends on field data are just for information. Neither Actual duration nor Actual work will be calculated based on these.

You should use some development to achieve that.
