'Document rejected as abuse' question

Hello Moderators,

How can I found out why my two documents are rejected? I read The Rules of Engagement and discussions about similar issues but I still don't understand.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to protest or something, just want to know what can and what cannot publish in order to make better content in the future.

I did not plagiarize anything, one is my program for which I got assignment on work and second I wrote just for that document.
