Language issue with MDGM screens

Hello All,

One of our MDGM user is complaining that whenever she open any request from her email box to take next action on request, she sees all the MDGM screens with German text. Earlier everything was in English for her.

As I am new to web dynpro and MDGM, I am not sure whether there is any settings to do this. Please guide.
